Adam Houser currently serves as Operations VP and Business Operations Manager at FM Approvals since July 2018, following a decade-long tenure at FM Global in various leadership roles, including Staff VP and Manager of Products and Systems Development. Adam’s expertise encompasses driving the strategic vision, product portfolio management, and enhancing operational efficiency through comprehensive localization strategies and intellectual property management. Prior to FM Global, Adam held multiple key positions at Lionbridge, where responsibilities included overseeing technical services operations, managing localization projects for Microsoft, and developing strategic localization approaches across various media formats. With a broad experience in leadership, product development, and localization, Adam effectively contributes to achieving organizational goals and improving user experiences.
