Victoria Napoli is an experienced professional with a robust background in healthcare finance and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Head of International/Cross Border for Flywire, Victoria has successfully managed client relationships with 50 leading academic medical centers and hospitals, overseeing approximately $300 million in annual payment volume. Prior roles at Flywire included Cross-Border Growth and Strategy Lead and Client Services Manager, where Victoria facilitated the implementation of cross-border healthcare solutions and expanded client relations. With previous experience in environmental sustainability at Fidelity Investments and marketing at Partners HealthCare International, Victoria has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, client engagement, and project management. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from D'Amore-McKim School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Communication from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
