Hila Shahak has worked in various procurement roles since 2014. Hila began their career as a Procurement Specialist at Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Experitest Ltd as a Procurement Operations Manager. In 2017, they took on the role of Operations Manager at MAX-Security Solutions Ltd. In 2019, they moved to GreenOnyx as a Procurement Manager and is currently employed at Flytrex as a Procurement & Inventory Manager since 2022.

Hila Shahak is currently enrolled in an Executive Master of Arts - MA program in Public Policy at Tel Aviv University. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from The Open University of Israel.
