Tracy Swift is an accomplished professional in international development with extensive experience in acquisition and assistance. Currently serving as a Senior Acquisition & Assistance Advisor under the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance at USAID, Tracy mentors staff in effective documentation and leads complex procurement processes. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Field Focus, LLC, Tracy operates a women-owned consulting firm focused on international development. Previous roles include Project Manager at EY, where Tracy managed capacity assessments for Ethiopian organizations, and Foreign Service Officer at USAID, overseeing significant contracts and contributing to regional strategy development in Southern Africa. Tracy's early career included a Presidential Management Fellowship with the U.S. Department of Defense and legal positions that provided a strong foundation in law and research. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgetown University, a JD from George Mason University, and a Master’s in Information Science from Dominican University.
