Iryna Ripetska is an experienced professional in customer support and education, currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at FLYLINE Tele Sales & Services Gmbh since October 2019. Previously, Iryna held various roles at Intellias from December 2016 to June 2019, including Language Department Team Lead, Training Coordinator, and English Teacher, where responsibilities encompassed curriculum implementation, needs assessment, program development, and training management.
