Mark Lovato currently serves as the General Manager at Flying Star Cafe since May 2015. Prior to this role, Mark was the Director of Food and Beverage Outlets and Assistant Director at Hotel Andaluz from December 2012 to May 2015. Mark also held the position of Restaurant Manager at Outback Steakhouse from 2000 to 2012. Mark's educational background includes attendance at Central New Mexico Community College.
