Alice Garcia serves as the Chief People Officer for Flying Star Cafe, Satellite Coffee, Rio Chan Foods, and Rio Chan Brands since January 2014, focusing on the development and implementation of comprehensive Human Resources strategies, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee services. Additionally, Alice has held the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager at Flying Star Cafe since January 2007, providing HR leadership to field operations and ensuring adherence to HR policies and programs. Alice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Lewis University, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
