Yaari Kochavi is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in overseeing technical projects, currently serving at Flying Production Ltd. since May 2018, where responsibilities include planning, execution, and system integration across software and hardware. Previously, at Aerodrome from July 2017 to May 2018, Yaari led projects from kickoff to delivery, working closely with internal teams and subcontractors to address customer needs. As an energy consultant at Gadir Engineering from January 2016 to July 2017, evaluations of potential energy savings were conducted through in-depth analysis of manufacturing procedures. Yaari's career also includes project management at Aclim Line LTD. from February 2011 to December 2015, where project requirements were defined and teams were guided throughout the project lifecycle. Yaari holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, earned between 2008 and 2011.
