Tal Aviram is a seasoned business unit manager with extensive experience in the logistics and distribution sector. Since November 2018, Tal has managed an independent profit unit at Flying Cargo, overseeing two separate P&Ls in the retail division. Prior to this role, Tal served as the Director of Refrigerated Logistics and the Director of Distribution and Transportation at Strauss Group Inc. from July 2011 to November 2018, where responsibilities included managing significant refrigerated logistics operations and a nationwide distribution network. Tal's career began with a project management role at Taldor, focusing on large-scale scanning and optical archive projects. Tal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financing and Marketing from Peres Academic Center and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from The Open University of Israel.
