Scott Poirier has a robust background in engineering and vehicle production, currently serving in an engineering role at Flyer Defense LLC since July 2021. Prior to this position, Poirier spent fourteen years at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, where roles included Manager of Vehicle Production and Lead Vehicle Technician, with direct support for the development and maintenance of tactical vehicles for the USSOCOM Ground Mobility Vehicle 1. In earlier career stages, Poirier gained significant motorsports experience as a mechanic and fabricator, and as a professional racing driver, including honors as the lead driver in the World Challenge Touring Car and recognition as a Barber ChampCar Scholarship Winner.
