Kev Mc Carthy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, coaching, and business management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Staff Development Coach at FLYEfit since January 2019, Kev Mc Carthy oversees recruitment and training of new staff, supports continuous development of existing personnel, and mentors personal trainers. Additionally, Kev Mc Carthy operates as an Online Coach and Educator with ThinkFit Coaching, focusing on helping individuals enhance their strength and confidence while mentoring aspiring coaches. Previous experience includes ownership and management of multiple retail businesses and property management at J&K Mc Carthy Ltd, as well as serving as General Manager for JACK & JONES and Blacktie Menswear. Kev Mc Carthy is a graduate of Technological University Dublin.
