Tim Judkins, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Tim is currently employed as a Principal Engineer at Radius Networks Inc. since March 2018. Prior to that, they worked at CapTech Ventures, Inc. from September 2016 to March 2018, where they held the position of Manager and Software Architect.

From May 2015 to September 2016, Tim served as the Director of Mobile App Development at Hilton Worldwide, where they led a team of 40 software developers, architects, and testers in delivering flagship mobile apps on iOS, Android, and Windows. Earlier in their career, Tim served as a Program Manager at Intelligent Automation, Inc. from April 2008 to August 2013. In this role, they managed $2.5 million in SBIR funding from the Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Tim also played a pivotal role in the development of distributed intelligent robotic systems for mobile ad-hoc networking as part of a DARPA project. Additionally, they devised, designed, and developed a remote physiological monitoring app that streamed sensor data to a web server via a smartphone.

Tim's work experience also includes a position as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory from June 2006 to April 2008. In this role, they managed projects related to human-robot interaction and successfully tested and disseminated project aims and outcomes. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow/Research Associate at the same institution from June 2006 to November 2007.

Tim's other roles include serving as the President/Lead Engineer at Human Centered Designs from 2003 to 2007 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from June 2004 to May 2006. At the University of Nebraska, they developed real-time feedback software for robotic surgical evaluation and training and wrote software in MATLAB for calculating lower limb kinematics and kinetics.

Following this, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at Marquette University from 2002 to 2004. Finally, they completed their Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2004 to 2006.
