Bridget Lynn Ristow is an experienced nutritionist specializing in insect nutrition, currently serving as an in-house nutritionist at ¹ó±ô²â²ú´Ç³æ® since October 2023. As the owner of Ristow Consulting (Pty) Ltd since August 2022, Bridget focuses on insect production and the utilization of insects in nutritional products. Additionally, Bridget heads the feedstock nutrition portfolio at Nutritionhub (Pty) Ltd and has held various roles in the insect nutrition field, including external expert partner at Insect.Systems BV and operational nutritionist at Insect Technology Group. Prior positions include principal researcher at AgriProtein and a master's degree in Animal Science from Stellenbosch University, which complements a solid academic background in agricultural economics and animal science.
