Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail and nutrition. As the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store dedicated to body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. With a background as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and experience as a University Lecturer in applied mathematics and food history from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana combines practical knowledge with academic expertise. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
