Suman Desai has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as a Receptionist to the President/CEO at Monticello Capital LLC in 2014, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they had two simultaneous roles as an Assistant/PR Intern at Maison Moschino and as a Sales Advisor/Specialist at Saks Fifth Avenue. They then transitioned to become an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer at Hearst Magazines from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they joined Encore Jets as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and stayed until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Suman worked in Marketing and Public Relations at CHANEL. Currently, Suman is the President of FlyBLACK Jets, since 2020, where their expertise in the private jet industry is utilized to provide personalized travel experiences.

Suman Desai attended Monmouth University from 2014 to 2016, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. They then transferred to LIM College and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from 2016 to 2017.
