Krysten Soto-Velez has been in the workforce for over 10 years. Krysten began their career in 2010 as a Front Desk Coordinator at Sanford - Brown Institute. In 2014, they took on two roles at Axion Business Technologies as a Maintenance Contract Administrator and at Web.com as a Customer Care Specialist. In 2019, they worked at Gottlieb LLC and Ventra Health as a Corporate Trainer. In 2020, they joined Guardians Mental Health - 501c3 NonProfit as a NonProfit Officer & Moderator Manager. Krysten is currently a Customer Success Manager at Flxpoint.

Krysten Soto-Velez attended Cranston High School East from 2001 to 2005. Krysten also obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Behavioral Health in November 2020.
