Karla George is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at FLX AI, Inc. since June 2021, Karla has also held previous roles including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations within the same company. Prior to this, Karla was the Director of Operations for the Rochester Data Science Consortium at the University of Rochester from March 2018 to December 2021. Earlier career positions include Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO at Sutherland, Wealth Strategy Associate at UBS Financial Services, and Junior Transaction Manager at Guggenheim Partners. Karla began the professional journey as a Graduate Assistant at Elmira College. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Siena College, complemented by a semester at American University in Political Science and Government.
