Srinivasa Rao B has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Srinivasa rao was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fluxtek Solutions Inc from January 2017 onwards, where they were responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for various positions. Srinivasa rao has also worked as an OPT Recruiter at 3S Business Corporation Inc from October 2013 to September 2016, where they focused on providing recruitment solutions for OPT and student candidates.

Srinivasa Rao B completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad, from 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued further education at Wigan & Leigh College (India) Ltd., where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
