Vadim Gribanov is a Senior Software Engineer at Fluxon since May 2023, specializing in the development of RAG-based chat applications for Google's internal teams. Prior to this role, Vadim worked at PeerStreet from June 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with product managers to design and implement features, as well as enhancing banking integration to streamline operations. Vadim's experience also includes being a Software Developer at Silicon Valley Software Group from March 2016 to May 2018, leading a team of frontend developers, and roles at Appcast, Inc., and SivinTech where contributions involved various projects and implementations such as a call center. Vadim holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, obtained in 2020 and 2017, respectively.
