Jazmin Aguado is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Flux IT since December 2024. Previously, Jazmin worked at Nomadic from April 2022 to December 2024, focusing on talent acquisition, culture surveys, employee experience, and various HR processes. Notable projects included the implementation of climate and pulse surveys and the enhancement of the Talent digital work environment using Airtable. From February 2021 to April 2022, Jazmin was a Talent Hunter at Accenture Argentina, specializing in sourcing candidates for Mercado Libre's Shipping and Operations sectors. Jazmin began the career as a Recruiter at ADN Recursos Humanos from July 2019 to February 2021, covering recruitment across various industries.
