Brian Gruse has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Director of Supply Chain at Flux Power since December 2018. Brian's career at Flux Power includes roles such as Supply Chain Manager, Master Planner, Material & Production Planner, and Internal ERP Project Manager, where responsibility included leading the implementation of the Cloud Suite Industrial ERP system. Prior to Flux Power, Brian worked at Sprouts Farmers Market from December 2012 to December 2018 in various positions, including Inventory Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager Non-Perishables, Grocery Manager, and Dairy Manager. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University San Marcos (2015-2018) and an Associate’s Degree in Music Technology from Mt. San Jacinto College (2009-2016).
