Tom Ruymbeeck has extensive experience in test management and quality assurance, primarily with Fluvius since July 2005, where roles have included ICT CIO-Office Test Manager, overseeing test management standardization, and integration into Fluvius ICT processes. Additional responsibilities have encompassed release management for internal projects, coordination of testing for various applications, and defect management. Prior to Fluvius, Tom Ruymbeeck was involved in youth leadership roles with Chirojeugd-Vlaanderen vzw from 2005 to 2020, supporting teams and guiding children aged 6 to 16. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Management & Support from Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen and a TSO degree in Informaticabeheer + bedrijfsbeheer from Sint-Isidorus Instituut Sint-Niklaas. Early career experiences include internships at Fedict and DMAX, focusing on systems analysis and network equipment testing.
