Kelly Harris has extensive experience in public administration and religious education. Currently serving as Assistant County Administrator for the County of Fluvanna since January 2014, Kelly has held roles including Executive Assistant to the County Administrator and Senior Program Assistant. Prior experience includes directing religious exploration at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Jacksonville, where leadership encompassed managing educational programs, volunteer training, and budget development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Bachelor of General Studies from Jacksonville University, and an Associate of Science in Liberal Studies from Piedmont Virginia Community College.
