Steven Trebilco is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Head of Employment Tax and Tax Governance at Flutter Entertainment since November 2024. Prior to this role, Steven was Tax Director at Liberty Global from January 2019 to November 2024, leading the Global Employment Tax team and shaping the overall strategy. Between January 2015 and January 2019, Steven held the position of Global Head of Employment and Expatriate Taxes at Vodafone, managing the tax strategy for over 100,000 employees. Earlier experience includes roles at PwC in International Assignment Services, where Steven specialized in expatriate and employment tax compliance, and at TUI Travel PLC, where Steven escalated from ski representative to General Manager overseeing resort operations. Steven earned a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Exeter in 2003.
