Dale Barnard serves as the President of the Plant and Facility Services business line at Fluor Corporation, overseeing maintenance and small capital projects across various industries in the United States since September 2022. Previously, Dale held the role of President for Beck & Pollitzer USA, managing all operations of the specialty installation contractor in the country. Prior experiences include serving as Vice President at Stork, a Fluor company, where responsibilities expanded following Fluor’s acquisition, and earlier as Vice President at Fluor, where Dale was instrumental in improving clients' asset productivity and capital programs. Additionally, Dale's extensive background spans leadership positions in operations and project management at Fluor, Air Control Science, and Alstom, with a strong focus on industrial services, maintenance, and construction management.
