Brian Parker has extensive experience in the technology and management sectors, currently serving as Director of MDSA/EPHD Support Services and PC&E Software Development at Fluor Corporation since February 2006. Previous roles at Fluor include Information Management Director and CIO for Fluor Idaho, LLC, as well as various positions within the Fluor Government Group. Prior to Fluor, Brian held the position of Vice President and Chairman at NeoTekSystems and served as Associate Vice President of Information Management at Urban League of the Upstate. Additional experience includes implementing medical billing systems at Companion Technologies, HR responsibilities at Yoruzu Automotive, and serving as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy. Brian possesses a foundational education in Electronics and Communications from Navy training.
