Olmo Tancredi Cassano has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Olmo Tancredi co-founded Flummox in 2021 and Yolioo in 2020, where they hold the role of Co-Founder. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, they founded Hello Seeds in 2020. In 2019, Olmo worked as a Venture Capital advisory at Early Metrics. Prior to that, they gained experience in investment banking and tech M&A at GP Bullhound in 2018 and investment banking and M&A at Rabobank in 2017. Their early career includes a role in WM & Financial Markets at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) from 2015 to 2016.

Olmo Tancredi Cassano began their education journey by earning a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Economics from the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. Olmo Tancredi attended this institution from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they also briefly studied Economics, Finance, and Accounting at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Cassano pursued a master's degree (MSc) in Finance at Esade, starting in 2016 and completing it by 2017.
