Michael Luo is the Head of IT for Fluke Corporation in China, overseeing the entire China IT organization while collaborating with the APAC leadership team and local stakeholders to prioritize the annual IT plan and prepare the IT budget. Michael has an extensive background in IT management, having previously served as an IT Manager and APAC IT Project Manager, as well as an Oracle Senior Consultant at ABeam Consulting. Additional experience includes roles as a Principal Oracle Consultant at Pactera, Associate Project Manager at Atek, and Technical Team Lead at Kingdee International Software Group. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Carleton University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Donghua University.
