Caroline Mounir is the Global Vice President of Engineering at Fluidmaster, Inc. since March 2024 and has been the Vice President of Engineering at Integrated Polymer Solutions since June 2016, where involvement includes defining and deploying organizational strategy across multiple business operations. Previous experience at Parker Aerospace spanned from 2004 to 2016, where roles included Systems Engineering Manager, overseeing Physical Architecture and Control Engineering teams, and participating in hydraulic systems integration and design for various aircraft programs. Early career positions included Systems Integration & Design Engineering roles at Parker Aerospace in France, Fairchild-Dornier, and Bombardier Aerospace, with a foundational background as a Structure Design Engineer. Caroline Mounir obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Alexandria University.
