Rickey Kallicharan has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Rickey began their career at Meridian Health as Manager of Physician Liaison Programs and Physician Liaison. In 2010 they moved to Acclarent as an ENT Consultant (President's Club Award) and Market Development (FST). In 2015 they joined Insulet Corporation as Director of Business Development. In 2018 they began work at Medrobotics Corporation as Director of Sales and currently holds the position of Chief Business Officer at FluidForm.

Rickey Kallicharan received their MBA in Healthcare Management from Monmouth University in 2007, after completing a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the same university in 2005.
