Michael Rancourt is currently the Head of Finance at Fluid Truck. Prior to that, they were the Accounting Manager at Mile High Labs from August 2019 to March 2020. In their role at Mile High Labs, they were responsible for presenting key financial data to the C-Suite Executive team to assist in business decision-making, as well as establishing accounting controls and procedures company-wide. Michael was also responsible for overseeing transactions between company subsidiaries, and managing NetSuite workflows and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and traceability throughout the business. Additionally, they directed company-wide projects such as subsidiary consolidation, employee sales programs, and various ERP implementation processes in NetSuite. Rancourt has a long history of collaborating with various department heads to determine how accounting can better support departmental needs, and developing methods and analyses to determine cost allocations by location. This experience has given him a well-rounded understanding of the inner workings of a successful business, and they bring this wealth of knowledge to their current role at Fluid Truck.

Michael Rancourt attended the University of Connecticut, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting. Michael is also a Certified Public Accountant, having earned their certification from the Connecticut Board of Accountancy.

Their manager is Scott Bruckner, CFO.
