Verena Ploner is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, human resources, and organizational development. Since April 2013, Verena has served as the head of Learning & Development at Flughafen Wien - Vienna Airport, focusing on training, leadership development, E-learning, organizational culture, and change management. Additionally, Verena is a lecturer at FHWien der WKW, specializing in strategic and international HR development. Previous roles include positions in HR development and recruiting at SCHENKER & CO AG, as well as consultancy work in HR development at ÖSB Consulting GmbH and M27 WEDO Unternehmensberatung. Verena holds a Master's degree in HR and organizational development from FHWien der WKW and a Magister degree in international business administration from WU Vienna. Further international academic experience includes an Erasmus term at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
