Erika Geraerts has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Communications Consultant at Napkin, a company known for their unique approach to writing. Prior to that, they founded Fluff, a beauty brand focused on simple, sustainable products. Before this, they co-owned Little Big Sugar Salt, a company they were involved in until 2018. Erika also co-founded and served as the director of frank body, a successful skincare brand, from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they co-founded and directed Willow & Blake, a communications agency, from 2012 to 2016. Erika'searly career included a role as a Social Media Manager and Copywriter at Cassette from 2010 to 2011.

Erika Geraerts obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Monash University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
