David Panzer is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Partner and Chair of the Government Contracts Practice at Fluet since January 2024. Previously, David held the position of Partner at Ward & Berry PLLC from May 2022 to January 2024 and served as Chair of the Government Contracts Group at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP from April 2021 to May 2022. David’s extensive experience includes various roles at DynCorp International between 2014 and 2021, culminating as Deputy General Counsel, along with litigation positions at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, and earlier judicial clerkships. David holds an A.B. in U.S. History from Princeton University and a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University.
