Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Fluent Solar, Reliance Protectron, Yellow Pages Group, and Quebecor World, focusing on sales, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions. Maxime holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from HEC Montréal and is a CFA charterholder.
