Paula Oliveira Soares is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Fluency Academy since July 2017. With a strong background in HR business partnership at TCP Terminal de Contêineres de Paranaguá from March 2013 to July 2017, Paula managed recruitment and selection processes and led programs for trainees and interns. Earlier experiences include roles as an Internal Communications Intern, Press Office Intern, and various positions in the hospitality sector. Paula holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic People Management from ISAE and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
