Benjamin Reddall has a strong work experience spanning over two decades. Benjamin is currently serving as the Director of Solution Engineering at Fluence Technologies since July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Americas Solution Engineering and Disclosure Management at insightsoftware from January 2021 to July 2021. Before joining insightsoftware, they worked as the Director of Americas Solution Engineering and Disclosure Management at Certent, Inc. from November 2019 to January 2021. Benjamin also has an extensive tenure at IBM, where they held the role of Technical Sales Manager from April 2008 to November 2019. Benjamin started their career as a Pre-Sales Consultant at Cognos in December 2004 and worked there until April 2008. Prior to Cognos, Benjamin worked as a Pre-Sales Consultant at Frango from February 1999 to December 2004.

Benjamin Reddall attended the University of Brighton from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Studies.
