Valentina Dimkovic M.B.A., PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Valentina is currently serving as the Sr. Finance Director in Services at Fluence, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Finance Director in Services at the same company from May 2023 to October 2023.

Valentina also worked as the Senior Manager of CPM Execution at Fluence from September 2021 to April 2023. Before that, they held the role of Lead Commercial Project Manager from November 2020 to September 2021 and Commercial Project Manager from October 2017 to October 2020.

Before joining Fluence, Valentina was the Project Controls Manager at Garda World Federal Services from February 2015 to October 2017. Prior to that, they worked at AECOM as the Project Controls Manager/Business Manager from February 2013 to 2015 and as the Project Controller - EVMS Lead from July 2010 to January 2013.

Valentina's earlier experience includes roles at KBR as a Sr. Cost Specialist from March 2006 to July 2010, a Cost Specialist from April 2005 to February 2006, and KBR Afghanistan as a Cost Specialist from February 2004 to February 2005.

Valentina'scareer began in 2001 as an Account Manager at IDEA Plus DDB, where they worked until January 2004. Valentina briefly served as the Chief Executive Officer at Republika in March 2005.

With a strong background in finance, project management, and business strategy, Valentina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at Fluence.

Valentina Dimkovic holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Valentina also has a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from the Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje, where they studied from 1993 to 1999. Additionally, Valentina has earned certifications such as Delivery Tips for Speaking in Public and Fighting Gender Bias at Work from LinkedIn. Valentina is also a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
