Lutz Falta is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure Projects at Fluence since August 2022, while also being the Founder and Managing Director of All4Renewables GmbH since September 2021. Previously, Lutz held key roles at Fluence from January 2019 to July 2021, including Vice President of Product Realization and Head of EMEA Project Execution, and worked as Chief Operating Officer for BaxEnergy from November 2017 to December 2018. Lutz's extensive background includes managing electrical engineering tasks for the Veja Mate Offshore Project and leading ICT projects for wind farm operations at Global Tech I Offshore Wind. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering from Hamburg University of Technology, complemented by qualifications in functional safety and business administration, Lutz has successfully contributed to multiple sectors within the renewable energy industry.
