Aswini Mano Oliver has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2023, they have been working as the Global Human Resources Director at Fluence. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of HR & Culture at Blue Ridge in 2022 and as the Global Senior HR Director at Edible Brands in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they held multiple HR positions at Honeywell, including Global HR Director, Senior HR Partner, and HR Partner. Aswini also had brief roles as TEDx Licensee & Chief Organiser at TEDxAlpharettaWomen and Founder of Warrior Hikers Inc in 2020 and 2019 respectively. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior HRBP at Vanderlande in 2018 and held various HR roles at Wipro Limited and Tata Consultancy Services.

Aswini Mano Oliver obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resources from The Madras School of Social Work from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from the University of Madras from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Aswini Mano Oliver obtained a GPHR certification from HRCI in 2011.
