Niklas Shaefer has over 12 years of experience in the technology industry. Niklas began their career in 2009 as a Project Manager at Agilysys, where they managed a team of installers to implement a 5 billion dollar hotel and casino in Singapore (Marina Bay Sands). In 2010, they moved to AppFolio, Inc. as a Sr. Implementation Manager, where they concentrated on implementing the Enterprise Accounts and represented the Implementation team at bi-weekly sprint planning meetings with product and engineering teams to help design feature enhancements for usability. In 2015, they joined ShipHawk as a Product and Implementation Manager, where they managed the release of the new self-serve product and acted as technical contact for a consulting group to launch the company's new website. In 2016, they moved to Yardi as a Technical Account Manager. Finally, in 2022, they joined Flueid as Director of Technical Implementation.

Niklas Shaefer attended California State University, Long Beach from 2000 to 2002.
