Allard de Muinck Keizer is a seasoned consultant specializing in HR solutions and workforce management, currently serving as a Consultant at FLS – FAST LEAN SMART since January 2023. From July 2017 to January 2023, Allard worked as a Business Consultant and Senior Implementation Consultant at HR Innovations Group and WorkGenda, respectively, focusing on innovative HR systems and SaaS workforce management solutions for a global client base. Prior roles include Chief Operations Officer at Creativity Pools, where Allard oversaw collaborative projects with students and organizations, and Teaching Assistant for Entrepreneurship at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
