Smaranda Manolescu currently serves as Operations Lead at FLOWX.AI since June 2022, where Smaranda excels in transforming startup chaos into structured efficiency and plays a key role in securing venture capital for growth. Prior to this, Smaranda spent over 11 years at EY as Operations Lead FP&A, developing financial strategies and insights to advance organizational objectives, and held various roles including BD Associate and Resource Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a position at the Bank of Cyprus from February 2008 to January 2011, where Smaranda specialized in customizing banking solutions and facilitating contract execution between business demands and vendor services.
