Baylee Landowski serves as the Global Benefits Lead at Flowserve Corporation, where responsibilities include collaborating with HR partners across over 60 global locations to assess employee benefit needs and benchmarking global benefit offerings. Previously, Baylee worked at JCPenney as an HR Benefits Sr. Specialist, focusing on health and welfare plans, vendor management, and data analysis to support strategic benefits initiatives. Earlier experience includes managing 401(k) and retirement plans as an HR Benefits Specialist. Baylee is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, following a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution. Education also includes a High School Diploma from Westwood High School.
