Federico Masi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Federico is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at FlowPay since February 2021 and also holds the position of Board Member since November 2019. Previously, they were the Direttore operativo at QiLab, starting from January 2020. At Socyza, Federico served as the CFO Advisor from June 2020 to January 2021 and as the President from January 2019 to July 2020. Federico was the CEO at Strokin from April 2017 to June 2020, where they were responsible for defining the overall business strategy, customer relationship, business analysis, and business development. Prior to that, Federico held multiple roles at CABEL from May 2010 to April 2017, including Change Manager and Special Matter Expert Credit Area, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. Federico was also a Startupper - Student at MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business in 2015 and a Finalist at CleanTech Challenge in the same year. Earlier in their career, Federico worked as a Staff at KPMG, applying auditing procedures and financial statement analysis from November 2009 to May 2010. Federico was also a Tesista at InTarget Group in 2008 and held the position of Direttore artistico at Centro*empoli from June 2008 to August 2008, where they managed entertainment activities in collaboration with Proxima s.p.a.

Federico Masi's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from MIP Politecnico di Milano, which they pursued from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed an Executive Master in Project Management from Quality Evolution Consulting (QUEC) between 2011 and 2012. In 2010, they took an online course in Banking and Financial Support Services at SDA Bocconi. Federico also obtained the FCE (First Certificate in English) from The British Institute of Florence in the same year. Federico's undergraduate studies were conducted at the University of Pisa, where they earned a Dottore magistrale degree in Strategy and Administration, which they pursued from 2004 to 2009.

Additionally, Federico Masi has obtained two additional certifications. In November 2015, they received the ITIL Foundation Certificate from EXIN, and in July 2014, they obtained the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) from the British Council.
