Erdem Gelal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erdem is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Flowla, a company they started in 2022. Prior to this, Erdem worked as a VC Scout at Antler, a global venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology companies.

Erdem Gelal started their education in 2002 at the American Collegiate Institute İzmir, where they completed their high school studies. In 2006, they enrolled at Boğaziçi University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they successfully completed in 2011. During their time at Boğaziçi University, in 2009, Erdem also had the opportunity to study at Sapienza Università di Roma for a period of one year as part of their Bachelor's degree, focusing on Engineering.
