Erdem Gelal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erdem is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Flowla, a company they started in 2022. Prior to this, Erdem worked as a VC Scout at Antler, a global venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology companies.

Before joining Antler, Erdem was the Co-Founder and Product Lead at TalentGrid, a position they held since April 2020. Erdem also co-founded ProceedLabs, a cloud-based offer and contract process management software for sales teams. ProceedLabs was acquired by UP Group in November 2018.

During their career, Erdem has also held the role of Co-Founder and Growth Lead at cubic.fm, where they partnered with major music streaming platforms to deliver a unified music library interface.

Erdem's earlier experiences include working as a Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble and an intern in Management Consulting at Accenture and Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. These roles provided him with valuable insights and skills in finance and consulting.

Erdem Gelal started their education in 2002 at the American Collegiate Institute İzmir, where they completed their high school studies. In 2006, they enrolled at Boğaziçi University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they successfully completed in 2011. During their time at Boğaziçi University, in 2009, Erdem also had the opportunity to study at Sapienza Università di Roma for a period of one year as part of their Bachelor's degree, focusing on Engineering.
