Polina Takila

Global Director of Customer Success at flowhaven

Polina Takila has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 1997, they worked as an IT Assistant for Interfaced.com until 2002. Polina then transitioned to being a Yoga Instructor at "\"New You\" yoga studio" from 2002 to 2004. Following that, they worked as a Health Educator and Yoga Instructor for Med4Y from 2004 to 2008. Polina then took a break to focus on their family, taking maternity leave with two kids from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Trainee at IT-Lean Solutions Oy for a brief period. The following year, they worked as a Trainee at Henley Business School Finland from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2019, Polina held the position of Financial Reporting Specialist at Rovio Entertainment Corporation, where they were responsible for global royalty reporting, invoicing and financial transactions, sales reporting support, and project management. Polina then transitioned to the role of Finance Assistant at Rovio Entertainment Corporation from 2014 to 2015. Afterwards, Polina joined Flowhaven in 2020 as an Operational Specialist, and steadily progressed to become a Customer Success Manager, Team Lead from 2021 to 2022, and a Customer Success Senior Manager, Team Lead from 2022 to 2023. Polina currently holds the position of Global Director of Customer Success at Flowhaven, starting from April 2023 to the present.

Polina Takila started their education in 1994 at Pretoria Capital College, where they completed their Matriculation degree in 1998. Polina then pursued Finnish language studies at Helsingin Aikuisopisto from 2011 to 2012, focusing on A1.3 to A.2.2 levels. In 2012, they attended Amiedu for Finnish language and preparatory studies for further business studies. From 2013 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Amiedu. Finally, Polina completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences between 2017 and 2020.
