Heidi Pachura has extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, and business strategy consulting. Heidi currently holds the position of Vice President, Corporate Services Procurement at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries. Prior to this, they founded and led Dashago, LLC, a successful consulting firm specializing in supply chain optimization. Heidi has also held significant roles at Cargill, Walmart, Johnson Controls, Mondelēz International, Kraft Foods Group, The Home Depot, and Motorola, where they demonstrated expertise in driving cost transformations, strategic alignment, and supplier diversity and inclusion.

Heidi Pachura obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2005. Heidi also holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Iowa, which they received in 1994. In addition, Heidi has additional certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt from Motorola and Supply Chain Certification from MIT.
