Ally Allen, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ally currently holds the position of VP IT Applications at Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries, where they oversee IT application functions. Before this, they served as the Senior Director of IT Enterprise Applications at the same company. Prior to joining Flowers Foods, Ally worked at Saputo Inc. as the IT Director, Regional Support USA. In this role, they were responsible for managing IT regional support for ERP processes and ancillary technologies specific to the USA operations. Ally also led a team of IT Specialists/Analysts and worked closely with major IT functions to align efforts with business and global IT strategies. Earlier in their career, Ally held various roles at PrimeSource Building Products, including Business Process Center of Excellence Senior Manager, SAP Business Analyst Manager, Business Readiness Lead for an ERP consolidation project, Telecommunications Manager, Inside Sales and Procurement Specialist, and Management Trainee. Throughout their career, Ally has demonstrated their expertise in IT management, business process improvement, project management, and organizational change management.

Ally Allen, PMP, obtained their PMP Certification from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Texas. In 2016, they also received an additional certification from the Project Management Institute.
