Jenny Ekman

Jenny Ekman has a diverse work experience. Jenny started their career as a Personal Assistant at JAG Personlig assistans from December 2016 to August 2020. Jenny then moved on to become the Head of Social Events & Board Member at Malvina, a network for female and non-binary students at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they planned and organized events from May 2019 to August 2020.

In 2020, Jenny worked as an Amanuens at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they planned lectures, taught students, and graded exams at the Department of Mathematics. Jenny received excellent responses from students about the structure, clarity, and content of their work during this role.

In 2021, Jenny worked at Stockholm Exergi for their Bachelor Thesis from January to May. Later, they joined Flower âš¡(Krafthem) as an Energy Analyst from May to July, and then from August 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they contributed to the internationalization strategy by developing deep market knowledge and facilitated know-how creation within internal and external projects. Jenny was also responsible for Flower's first-ever internship program in 2022, including recruitment, onboarding, and leadership.

Currently, Jenny is participating in the McKinsey & Company Leadership Program at McKinsey & Company since February 2022.

Jenny Ekman has a diverse education history. Jenny attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2021 to 2023, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Sustainable Power Generation. Prior to this, they also pursued a Degree Programme in Industrial Engineering and Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2023. In their earlier years, they attended Kungsholmens gymnasium from 2014 to 2017 and obtained a High School Diploma in the Natural Science Programme.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jenny Ekman has also obtained several certifications. In 2023, they became a member of Nova's global top talent network. In 2022, they received a Certificate of Global Competence from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Furthermore, in 2016, they completed training to become a Training Instructor in "Jympa" and "Children" at Friskis&Svettis Riks.
